Can I design with it, or only generate?
Both. Design Studio is a canvas with an AI designer: brief it in words and reference images, or start from a free template for a social post, flyer, invitation, thumbnail or sticker, then edit every layer. The canvas and the templates are free; generating images uses credits.
Can I keep the same character in every image and video?
Yes. Cast one of the free BudgetPixel AI influencers by typing @ and their name in any image or video prompt, or create your own character from a photo or a description. The face holds from scene to scene and across models, with no training.
Can it turn my own videos into shorts?
Yes, in Clip Studio (studio.budgetpixel.com). Paste a link or upload a long video: it picks the moments that stand on their own, reframes them to 9:16 around the speaker and adds word-timed captions, and every clip opens in an editor. Clip Studio comes with the Premium plan and above.
Can I recast a trending video with a new cast, like Higgsfield Genjutsu?
Yes, with Recast. What is a credit?
The one currency for everything you make: a design, a character shot, a video or a song. An image on Nano Banana 2 is 65 credits, a second of 720p Seedance 2.5 video is 330, a full song on Music 3.0 is 200. Plan credits refresh monthly; credit packs are added on top.
Can I use what I make commercially?
Yes. Nothing is watermarked and you can use your images, videos and audio for products, campaigns and client work under the Terms of Service.
Which models are available, and how fast do new ones arrive?
More than 100 image, video, music, sound and voice models from Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Kling, Alibaba, xAI, MiniMax, Black Forest Labs and others. New models typically go live the week they launch, at the same credit rates as everything else.
How is it cheaper than other platforms?
You make the design, the character shots and the video in one place, on one set of credits, instead of paying a separate subscription for each tool. Is there an API or MCP server?
Yes, on every paid plan: a REST API for image, video and music generation, an MCP server for Claude, Cursor and other agents, and plugins for ComfyUI, WordPress and Cursor. API calls use the same credits and the same discounts.
Are my uploads and generations private?
Your generations stay in your private library unless you choose to post them to the community. Uploads are used to run the generation you asked for and for safety review, nothing else.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period, and your library stays available.
