**Bring me the leeches!** QT Gothic Nurse @chris70 https://budgetpixel.com/p/43047 (Be sure to view a few more QTs, links below) --- Leeches were used back in the gothic and medieval era as a treatment for many ailments - hard to believe, strange but true. And to had more to the gothic darkness why not in an asylum of some description? ewww! leeches! but actually they did help some cases because they'd eat infected flesh around a wound. They were used indiscriminately tho and it's definitely not a solution that was one size fits all. It weakened many and killed them off faster. If it were me I'd start screaming if the nurse brought that jar into my room.
