Blog Entry Title Image: The Final Variable https://budgetpixel.com/blog/the-final-variable Just another a love story; this one playing in current day Taipei (Taiwan) featuring (Cyber) Lilly, who some of you know from the most recent Cyber Girl challenge, a late-20s cybersecurity professional and introducing Mei, a mid-20s underground hacker. I used SD4.5 for the images and stepped up to 21 minutes in regards to reading time, after the recent success with the "Where the Dust Turns to Gold" (14 mins). The one question still is: How long should a story be to still be enjoyable? If you make it too long, it might become too boring, and not worthwhile. Another issue relates to decent images. Failures with models like SD4.5 quickly become expensive, I estimate that I need bout 30-40 image creations to create the 10/11 images used in the story. And I am not necessarily happy with all of them, but if I try even more, a story could easily cost 4000-5000 credits to create, and that is simply too much, and the fun stops. We will see how this one works out.
