Tea with Alice and the Cheshire Cat Special Guests: Iamblichus and Maximilianus of the 7 Sleepers The story of the Seven Sleepers of Ephesus tells of seven youths who sought refuge in a cave and awoke centuries later, believing only a single night had passed, making it one of the world's earliest "time displacement" stories. The legend appears in both Christian tradition and the Qur'an's Surah al-Kahf ("The Cave"), giving it an enduring place in both Christian and Islamic literature.
