Impressionist impasto painting of a peaceful sleeping blonde woman

About this image

This expressive figurative oil painting captures a serene, intimate moment of a young blonde woman asleep, with her arms raised above her head, wearing a delicate white lace bra and partially draped in soft bed linens. Bold, textured impasto brushstrokes in warm burnt orange, deep teal, creamy off-white, and dark charcoal create a dreamy, glowing mood, as soft golden light falls across the woman's skin. The dynamic abstract background brushwork adds dramatic, romantic energy to this quiet, restful portrait ideal for moody bedroom wall art.
