Surreal vintage movie theater, with a man

About this image

This surreal magical realism digital artwork depicts an empty, ornate old cinema lined with plush burgundy velvet seats scattered with soft throw pillows facing a large curved projection screen. The screen shows a sunlit misty forest path, while a rusted floating projection booth above the screen holds a smoking man, warm golden projector light beams drifting with faint sparkling particles across the theater space. The scene has a dreamlike, uncanny mood, contrasting the warm glowing tones of the projection booth with the cool hazy palette of the forest landscape on screen.
