Surreal portrait of a woman with a crown of skulls

Prompt

Egon Schiele meets Satoshi Kon. Portrait bust of a woman, eyes half open, mouth slightly parted, not screaming just breathing. Her bones show through her skin. Three half formed figures are growing out of her hair, their hands inside her skull. Gouache impasto, thick heavy brushstrokes, no smooth edges. Colour palette: sickly pallid flesh, bruised reds, jaundice greens, burnt ochre, deep indigo. Geometric shapes bleed out of the background. Nothing makes sense. Nothing is posed. This is not a metaphor. This is what it feels like when your head is too full. No pretty psychedelia. Just raw, quiet, unblinking panic.
