Woman in a black athletic bodysuit performing a backbend on knees

Prompt

A full shot portrait of a young woman. Composition & Perspective: A high-angle shot, looking down upon a kneeling subject. The subject is oriented diagonally across the frame, creating a strong sense of movement and dynamic tension. Core Pose & Body Geometry: The subject is in a deeply arched, kneeling pose, legs separated, leaning backward. Both knees are on the floor, supporting the lower body. The spine is dramatically arched, lifting the chest high. Support Arm: The left arm is extended straight down and backward, with the hand planted flat on the white floor behind the hips for support. Dynamic Arm: The right arm is bent, raised high above the head, with the hand resting against the back of the skull. This creates a powerful, triangular silhouette that anchors the top of the composition. Head Position, Hair & Focus: The head is thrown completely back and tilted towards the right shoulder, aligning with the dramatic arch of the spine. Hair cascading heavily down the back, pooling slightly toward the floor. Eyes are closed, face angled toward the ceiling, creating a fully exposed, extended neck line.
