QT: Cinematic scene My spin: noir meets cyberpunk ------------------------------------------------------- Like others I wondered about 'cinematic'. Here's Gemini's definition: "Cinematic" refers to film-like, visually stunning, and emotive storytelling, often characterized by deliberate lighting, careful composition, and intentional color grading rather than just high-resolution footage. It evokes the experience of watching a movie, prioritizing mood, artistic framing, and a curated atmosphere to create an emotional impact." https://budgetpixel.com/p/20574

Or a holographic training module for new agents. I meant Gemini was the tech guy, with his head set, typing out his researched answers to your questions. Ooooh Gemini would actually make a great secret agent code name.

Oh, Phillip Dick is one of my most favored authors. When I was a teen, I considered him THE BEST author, but now, he one of many.🙂 The book is different from the film, less action-oriented

He's a handy fella. And smart too. He's like the tech guy in the secret agent film giving the hero all the info he needs to acquire the target.

Very cool! and I like how you defined "cinematic" . I actually those elements are a good goal for images to strive for too.
CaylaCatz
That would be a cool name. Maybe it's the agent's name and he's an assssin instead of a secret agent

I guess he could be a character in a William Gibson novel. This whole scene could even be a cyber construct
DavidP
Ah yes, I wondered if that was maybe what you meant. Scorpio could also be a cool name

I like the dynamics of the shot and the steam that enhances the sense of depth!

That I can imagine, knowing how books are usually treated when turned into film.

Could well be. Enjoyed the film. Never read the book
