About this image

This whimsical, painterly steampunk webcomic by Cayla Catz features a dapper top-hat wearing Cheshire Cat debating curiosity and evolutionary theory with a young Charles Darwin and a goggle-adorned steampunk woman over an ornate tea service on the HMS Beagle. The warm, richly detailed art blends Alice in Wonderland fantasy, historical science, and retro-futurist steampunk aesthetic, with playful thoughtful dialogue exploring natural selection, wonder, and the joy of scientific inquiry.

Yes, but looking at the statues of the older Darwin, I don't think the younger version was all that handsome.😄
