Doing another comparison post. 1st image is the image created today 1/19/26 in p-image and the 2nd image is the image created 2 years ago in SDXL. I had prompted for "oil painting" but I also liked the impressionist style SDXL used. It glossed over inaccuracies, lol.

I agree. It's crazy how much better the AI has gotten in just 2 years. Two years is really not that very long. What's funnier is how good I thought it was back then and now I look at a lot of it and think, ugh! I'm glad I thought it was great back then, tho, because it kept me learning and prompting and trying different ai places.

The improvement in image is so significant in just 2 years. AI struggling with faces, fingers so much more back then. But for that the style was good
