I've only seen the one time, in the cinema, all these years ago but a scene was branded in my mind: Night, the heroes watch that gas-giant in the sky and on the surface of it falls the sadow of another moon... so realistic special effects!! Like the real thing!! OK I am a Nerd AND a Geek when it comes to Space Illustrations and Alien Landscapes.... sue me! 😁

CaylaCatz

well if it's a gas giant, I don't think it would be very comfy to live on. I can see why folks hang out on the moon. It looks lovely

Thanx! If I remember correctly, same thing occurs in the Avatar movies: The world those blue people live on is a moon of a gas-fiant

CaylaCatz

It's been a long time since I saw Avatar so I don't really remember. I just remember they had blue skin like Andorians

CaylaCatz

Looks like everyone is having a great time as the great moon sets (or planet?)

OMG !!! The sky and the colors are totally awesome 😊

Planet, Gas-giant. Orangia IS a moon of that planet!

I love space illustrations and alien landscapes too

Thank you very much! I like to portray landscapes on other planets! (in your page I see only the beautiful Watusi women. If you have mature creations, I cannot see them because I am not a paying user - you have to tag me with them so I can appreciate them)
