Tea with Alice and the Cheshire Cat Special Guests: Gashadokuro and Mokumokuren Actually Mokumokuren isn't depicted correctly but I like that she looks like a ghost

About this image

This darkly humorous surreal comic panel features steampunk Alice, a grinning top-hatted Cheshire Cat, skeletal Gashadokuro yokai, and eye-spirit Mokumokuren trading dry witty banter over afternoon tea. The richly detailed artwork blends Victorian steampunk aesthetics with traditional Japanese design, warm wooden tones, soft purple wisteria accents, and a playful uncanny mood. The dialogue offers dry contemplative commentary on human nature with a cozy macabre charm.

Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed today's strip. The speech tails were not perfect but I thought as they were pointing to the right people, that was close enough, lol

Outstanding strip today! Unbelievable and amazing are two adjectives that never fail to describe human folly, and bones and spirt are a good clue to interpreting it! 😎

Ring-girl does look like Japanese ghosts but more drippy and wet and muddy. That Ring girl sure is scary!

It is interestimg how different cultures define scary. When Japanese horror films begun to show in the west, me and friends, watchimg them noticed many scenes that undoubtedly were there to scare eastern asian people, made no impression as scary to us, just weird

It’s cool; I think it’s from Metalocalypse.
