I was expecting some **vintage** synth sounds, but they didn’t come through. Still, the track feels really nice.

Lyrics: ARP 2600

[Intro] Click, click Hold that voltage [Verse 1] Morning lights the patchbay face Cables like rivers, tight in place We chase the tone, we chase the hue Every knob feels brand new Your hands on the sliders, my pulse in the VCO We been going far, through the noise and the glow [Pre-Chorus] Do not rush, do not worry Let the signal tell the story [Chorus] ARP 2600 polaroid, hold it close Saw and sine and the drift you chose Ooh my baby, take my arm Keep me steady, keep me warm Polaroid, polaroid, sweet and true Every patch sounds right with you [Verse 2] Sample & hold like roadside fruit Dust on the keys, love in the boot We laugh at glitches, we sing with springs Reverb tank doing angel things Just the clock and the hiss and the filter hum And a little forever when the note has begun [Bridge] If the power dips, we still see The same bright tone right next to me [Final Chorus] ARP 2600 polaroid, hold it close Saw and sine and the drift you chose Ooh my baby, take my arm Keep me steady, keep me warm Polaroid, polaroid, sweet and true Every patch sounds right with you [Outro] Click, click Hold that voltage
