Intricate steampunk mechanical globe with golden gears floats

About this image

This ornate fantasy artwork depicts a clockwork planet Earth constructed from interlocking brass gears, filigree gilded continents, and dark patinated metal framework. Delicate glowing golden orbital rings wrap around the sphere, set against a deep inky starfield dotted with faint distant nebulas. The mood is luxurious and wondrous, blending vintage steampunk design with cosmic astronomical themes.

68 out of 71. The new voting system scores me even lower. I had originally created this for the Mechanical world contest but I had not realised submissions had closed but I thought it also fitted the bill for this contest - how wrong I was! 😂
