  It's easy: number two is better. The squid is more tender and better for frying—haha, no, just kidding. Look at the kraken's head; it rises in a cone shape and has two fins at the end—it's anatomically perfect. In number one, the head stretches out into a fat tentacle, and the dragon seems to have an extra claw and looks more medieval than aquatic.
