Figured that everyone else would be doing realistic pets in chaos action, so to stand out I should I do the pets in a more illustrated style. After experimenting with a few art styles, I just couldn't decide which one to go with, so I thought I would try meshing various art styles into one room and visual. I was fairly satisfied with this just after a few rounds of work - thought it would need a lot more rounds to integrate the various art styles well. Ranked 64 out of 80 entries in the end (had very low ELO at the 1300s at one point), and based on the top 10 I guess the takeaway is that the preference is to see cute pets causing trouble in their realistic, real life form.
