Surreal time-traveling steam locomotive crossing a glowing portal…

About this image

This stunning surreal time-travel digital artwork centers on a vintage black and gold steampunk steam locomotive barreling through a sparkling time portal, bridging two completely separate eras. On one side of the portal lies a sunlit Old West frontier, where cowboys on horseback chase the train through a collapsing timeline littered with shattering clock faces, while the opposite end opens to a rain-slicked, neon-lit modern metropolis filled with glowing skyscrapers and reflective wet city streets. Blending western, cyberpunk, and steampunk aesthetics, this high-concept fantasy art captures the thrill of inter-era travel, resonating with fans

Yes! When I saw the new DC, I was like damn I should have saved it as it suits the theme of Unexpected Portal a whole lot better. 😅

Thanks David. I couldn't comment on yours as you didn't set it to post it after the posting is over, but I love your concept of portraying the train as an abandoned relic too - really stood out and memorable from all the ones in motion.
