Still playing with some more -core vs -punk to explore the differences. One thing I did notice was the difference in art style. the -core images lean a little more towards realism. A little. Also thought the punk versions were more saturated, vivid. In this set I'd pick punk over core in both examples

Ok, here there IS a difference, as punk is interpreted somewhat cartoonish in contrast to realistic core
