QT Your Username Sealine comes from a nick name a friend gave me in college. My name is Caroline and he used to call me C-Line. When I started chatting in forums over 2 decades ago, I adopted the Sealine spelling to make it make pronunciation easier. I've been using it for my online presence ever since.

About this image

A surreal digital art portrait showing a woman in a dark sweater and witch hat as a vibrant magical realm erupts around her—featuring castles, spell circles, and radiant energy in purple, pink, and orange tones. This fusion of portrait photography and fantasy illustration creates a mystical, dreamlike mood that captivates with imaginative wizardry and cosmic imagery.

I actually thought it was Celine and you got fed up by too many people calling you "Sea-line" instead of "Sir-line". Never would have guessed it was short for Caroline. 😄

Thanks such a lovely story. Caroline was our first choice if our first child had been a girl. We were blessed with a lad, who is name Michael

That song was part of the reason for my name (released 69) and I've had it sung to me a lot over the years!

I can imagine so. One of those I'd like to play but have never quite got right.
