The rough sea seems to lick at the cliffs, as though it wished to consume the hard rock. The old villa towers atop the cliff like the tragic figure of an ancient drama. Once full of pride and life, it is now surrendered to decay. Where love and laughter once dwelled, the cold wind whistles through the now-forgotten rooms. It would be so easy to breathe life back into this old masonry, and yet no one dares to undertake the task. But who can say what the future holds?
