Rapunzel has never been a patient sort. Feeling bored one night, she decides to escape and rescue herself, changing her story. She uses her dressmaking sheers to cutoff her braid and tie it to her ironbed. Luckily the bed is too big for the window. She left a note in case the Prince shows up. It says merely, "You're late." ....those are very pracrical ideas, thank you!

panos

<sigh> ...is there no end to those things....

panos

"he might just teleport you in front of a kraken" Nope! There's no teleport-a-dude-in-front-of-a-kraken spell. I checked the index for all volumes. There's only a teleport-kraken-to.... spell and you have to have a kraken in front of you to use THAT! (The one you mention will be in the forthcoming FIFTH volume)

panos

....where 's that frigging tower? Perhaps I'll demolish it!!

panos

Oh...you 'll learn what.... wait, did I already said "Krakens" without flipping out? Hah! Waddayaknow! I'm making progress!! ...I was saying you'll learn ALL about Krakens on this ship, soon enough, don't you worry! Or, rather, DO worry! Trust me. I'm.... uuhh, anyways, say, that spellbook in your tower... It wasn't by any chance "Teleportation Spell Grimoire" Volume TWO? Beacuse I'm starting to think my order got misplaced by the mail-service...

panos

I... ahh... may have....NO, I cannot say! But if at some port you run into a bunch of angry-looking Ogres, asking around for a very wise, very, VERY handsome wizard, don't say you EVER saw me Captain, for the love of Belial!!!! err.. God, I meant. Of course.

panos

....-"Of course it is"!!! he said. "Trust me. I'm a wizard."

...an answer arrived by pigeon-mail. "I texted you on my ETA. Open your damn i-phone, already!!!" Signed: Hendric, Prince of Tardiness-on-Retardation Duchy
