Catwalk: Walking in the Lousiana Bayou on a Sunday @antares missed Bun and Kit. @panos suggested the Louisiana bayou so I combined the two. The Ghostbusting Besties are investigating rumors of the pirate Lafitte hauntint the bayou. Local tales claim Lafitte buried chests of stolen coins and jewels under gnarled live oaks and along isolated bayou banks throughout South Louisiana. According to the legend, Lafitte's ghost appears out of the swamp fog, often carrying a glowing lantern, to scare off treasure hunters who get too close to his stash. Other legends say he is looking for a worthy heir who can pass his test of courage. For that person, he will lead them to the gold.

About this image

Whimsical spooky 3D illustration following two furry paranormal investigators, a cat with a video camera and rabbit holding an EMF meter, walking a muddy swamp path at twilight. Gnarled moss-draped oak trees and wispy fog hang over dark still swamp water, as a translucent glowing ghost holding a lit lantern looms in the background. The cool moody blue-green palette balances cozy cute character design with eerie supernatural atmosphere.

Great!! Before reading the text, seeing him, I said: -Oh THERE's ol' Jean!! Kit & Bun back in action! Nice to alternate them with the glove-trotting version of Kitty on occasion.
