First, I appreciate all of you who took the time click this. I don't promote my blogs or tag a bunch of people so I would really appreciate it if you take the time to clap this blog (max 20 times per person allowed). This is a continuation of this blog https://budgetpixel.com/blog/design-challenge-and-beyond and rereading the end of it, it was surprising how my feelings regarding challenges have shifted rather quickly. However, that isn't what this blog is about. The next image I want to talk was the skydiving wedding. I placed first in this challenge which is a difficult task. My title for the image was 'The ultimate leap of faith'. This was meant to talk about the literal jumping from an airplane, but also a commentary on the huge leap of faith you take when you marry someone. This image just had to be a song! Song below: I also posted this image on X where it earned 1.6k views, enough to earn some more credits on BudgetPixel. After that came the Runaway Mine Cart challenge. This theme did not excite me, so I went a little different route with semi-realistic and a little humor. Different is tricky with challenge so I was surprised this image landed me in 4th place. (You'll find this is a position I land in often. I believe I have the most 4th place finishes in history of the challenges here.) No caption this time, but this image was just begging for upbeat edge of your seat toe-tapping funny song! And this song was a challenge to get right. I cannot even tell you how many generations I made. I was finally happy with the version below. This image has yet to make a debut on X and I'm not sure the right opportunity to share this image will arise, but I love the song. That wraps up my current songs inspired by challenge images. If you have time, check out the rest of my music here: Sealine (@Sealine) β AI Music | BudgetPixel ALMOST ENTRIES I know many of us create several potential entries for each challenge. This can also mean there are various directions we could go for each challenge, and it can be a struggle deciding which image to submit. @EternaSky has an alternate challenge entry theme in his clan. However, I don't always share the almost entries. So here are some challenge entries versus their almosts. For Chariot Race, my frustration with challenges was already building. I was tempted to enter this one of these more comical options: Then there was the more serious almost entry. In hindsight, this may have been the best choice: Then I decided to be different and this time it didn't work out for me. I landed in 36th place with just 56 entries. Another almost entry on left and my actual entry on the right. Midnight Flower Market was much more in my wheelhouse. I was very happy with my entry for the challenge, and it landed me in second place. Actual entry left, a much more subtle version right. Actually, I think I'm going to wrap this blog up here. It is already making me a little nostalgic for challenge and I haven't even stopped them yet since I had already entered the one for tonight. If I can figure out how to control my emotions and stress levels related to challenge or there is an overhaul to the ratings system, I will be back. Until then, I'll continue to be inspired for music in other images I create. I appreciate all of you who took the time click this. Extra kudos to you if you actually took the time to read my ramblings!

Thanks for sharing the music! Also, love the more serious almost entry for the chariot challenge. Looking forward to your other creations in my feed.

Donβt stress. Enter for fun with no expectations for win. But expectations for fairness notwithstanding.

Let me know what you decide on the challenges. When you're stressed, I'm stressed.

Sounds great in theory to enter in fun, but the lack of fairness in the rating system with so few entries is a sticking point I'm having trouble getting past.
Sealine
I'm being told he only said that because he wanted to be prepared for my stressed out behavior if I do enter! π¨π

Thank you! Yes, in hindsight, it would have probably been more popular. I tried to be too different.
