I left the prompt fairly simple without descriptors so the AI would define for itself how a catdragon looked. I also left out art style words so that again I'd see what art style an AI model preferred for catdragons. Albescent albescent : means becoming white. In most models, it tends to come out variuos shades of white instead of a single white hue. I chose albescent to avoid a green dragon against a green jungle background. Prompt Prompt: intricately detailed albescent catdragon with large expressive eyes and two wings near a river and waterfall in a Amazon jungle. No speckled noise, no random particles, no visual artifacts. Conclusion at the bottom Models (in order from low to high, as of May 10, 2026) left: flux 2 klein (10 credits) ; right: minimax (10 credits) p-image (10 credits) left: z image turbo (15 credits) ; right: hidream i1 fast (15 credits) left: flux 2 pro (25 credits) ; right: flux 2 dev (25 credits) left: gpt 2 low (30 credits) ; right: wan 2.6 (30 credits) left: gpt 1.5 low (30 credits) ; ideogram v3 turbo (30 credits) left: grok imagine (35 credits) ; right: wan 2.7 (35 credits) left: nano banana (40 credits) ; right: imagineArt 1.5 (40 credits) qwen 2 (45 credits) left: recraft v4 ; right: seedream v 4.5 (45 credits) Conclusion the Ai models did a hybrid of cats and dragons; sometimes more cat, sometimes more dragon. All of them show an albescent dragon as expected except for ideogram which showed a cute turquoise dragon. Some were very catlike but the cat species ranged from fluffy to hairless. Strong similarities between quite a few models. Really its going to come down to how much detail in the catdragon and background you want. Some difference in art styles but not that much. They leaned toward cgi-type realism in general. Qwen went for watercolor. Wan 2.7, imagineArt 1.5 leaned a little towards realism. Recraft's catdragon was very detailed and was the only one of two to have feathered dragon wings. Perhaps because of that, Recraft's catdragon had a very distinctive look.

thank you. I appreciate the offer but I was doing a consistent prompt against the models so people see how the models did. I wish I could control the seed number but you can only do that in the older models so I decided not to do a consistent seed as that would mean I co uldn't do the newer models.

thank you for the award. You can certainly use just catdragon as a prompt. I've done that in the past. In this case, I did a jungle for a background to contrast against the white dragon to makes sure all the dragon details showed well against the background.

What did you mean by 'high to low'? If cost in credits, then typo as it is low to high

I did 8 images 4 just using catdragon for the prompt and the other 4 with magic prompt if you would like to add them to your blog you can I LOVE how they turned out pretty cool experiment. I created a few more after this
