About the entries
Works span street art, pop art, pen and ink illustration, and selective color portrait styles, with frequent use of high contrast dark backdrops, bright accent colors, and painted splatter or crosshatch textures. Common subjects include subversive, edgy characters such as smoking skeletons, punk figures, habit-clad nuns, and unconventional rebel personalities. Most pieces carry a rebellious, laid-back or playful tone, leaning into unexpected juxtapositions that defy traditional art and social norms.
