Crowned gothic fantasy king sits on an ornate throne

About this image

This dramatic baroque-style dark fantasy artwork depicts a stern, bearded crowned king seated on a gilded throne, while a lace-clad noblewoman kneels beseeching at his feet. Warm flickering candlelight casts deep gold, burgundy, and shadowed black tones across the scene, with a foreboding gothic castle and eclipsed stormy sky visible through curling mist in the background. The mood is tense and somber, evoking medieval court intrigue, gothic romance, and cursed royal lore.

A great scene, the lighting makes it perfect. (The King should not be so cold to her...)
