About this image
This striking wild red fox stands poised on a dappled deciduous forest floor, its vivid orange face and chest contrasting against silvery grey fur across its back and bushy white-tipped tail. The mood is quiet and watchful, with warm amber eyes locked on the viewer, surrounded by earthy brown leaf litter, green moss, and tall thin woodland trees. The natural, lifelike shot highlights fine fur texture and the rich, muted tones of a temperate forest habitat.
