Surreal black and white artwork showing a human head opening into a spiraling tunnel with an internal ladder.
This eerie monochrome surrealist illustration depicts a back view of a human figure, where the head is hollowed out into a swirling dark spiral tunnel with a small ladder descending into its center. Rendered with delicate, sketchy ink-style linework on a muted pale gray background, the piece carries an unsettling, tense mood exploring themes of internal thought, mental health, and existential dread. The high contrast black and white palette amplifies the uncanny, nightmare-like horror aesthetic.
