Ok, yay! I found it. A free database program that lets me show an image with my prompt so I can keep my downloaded image with my prompts instead of losing them. Plus searchable by field or all text. I am so happy. You can add the image directly in the database but it will slow it down. It's better to link the image to your saved image on your hard drive to keep things fast but it will still show in the database like you can see here. It's a little tricky to set it up at first as the database table and form editor are seperate but the ai chat walked me through it. It's not that difficult. Just things are hidden like vertical alignment and multiple lines for the text so it helped to have something that could spell it out for me. Opensource, free but donations are welcome https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ since it needs java which is no longer standard on Windows, you will probably need Temurin as well to run it. The AI chat said people recommended it. https://adoptium.net/
