For the Dragon Tattoo Awakens Challenge, the first thing that came to mind was Shi Jin, the Nine-Tattooed Dragon, from Water Margin, also known as Outlaws of the Marsh. Shi Jin was one of my favorite characters in the story, so I initially considered doing something inspired by him. In the end, though, I scrapped the idea and decided to go for something more modern.
