I need to learn and remember not to submit a "posing shot" if the theme demands (or hints) for action. In one of the previous challenges, I presented 4 ladies in tech suits, and it got me to the bottom of the rankings. I should have learnt from that challenge that I need to present a visual in action. I thought the visual had a unique image composition which would stand out among the others. But the field was fiercely competitive, with moving beasts that had a better visual impact, and I believed I lost because of that. Ranked 43 out of 57 entries - much lower than the top 30 spots that I had hoped to get. I guess I deserve the poor results.

About this image

This cinematic dark fantasy artwork depicts a fierce, braided Norse viking shieldmaiden perched above the massive head of a chained, armored horned frost bull steed, set against a blizzardy snow-covered mountain backdrop. Gritty weathered metallic bronze and cool muted blue-grey tones dominate the piece, with intense glowering expressions from both warrior and mythical creature building a tense, battle-ready epic mood rooted in Norse mythology lore.
