Creepy long-haired female ghost standing waist-deep

About this image

This moody, distressed gothic horror illustration features a menacing long-haired vengeful onryo spirit, styled after iconic Japanese horror folklore, standing waist-deep in still, fog-shrouded dark lake water. The gritty, textured art uses a predominantly monochrome black and gray palette, with subtle background details of crumbling ruined architecture, bare dead trees, a sliver of moon, and distant shadowed forest to amplify the unsettling, haunted atmosphere. A small streak of dripping red blood on the right frame edge adds an extra layer of macabre tension, ideal for horror wallpaper or dark fantasy concept art.
