11th out of 52 entries 😢 Oh well, at least it's not 4th. Didn't just want to do a cute pup in an enchanted garden, so I added a narrative to it. I didn't want to make it obvious that it was taken from the tale of The Little Matchstick girl, and I left it open as to whether the pup was dying from the cold and brought to a happier place or if was just sleeping and dreamt that it was in a much happier place. I have no idea how the votes would swing to this one and whether it will be considered straying off the theme or not. So getting placed 11th with >50% votes, despite being in a less competitive pool, was a good enough result for me.

I didn't see it but I would have voted for it. But it is a very sad story. However since he has fur, maybe he will survive
