  I’ve noticed that every time they add more features, more errors crop up. I’m in North America, and sometimes it takes a long time to create the image, only to end up with an error and no image generated.

  Asia here. Occassionally i get a very slow loading phase. Then hours later it fixes itself. I suspect your ISP is to blame. You can try to contact your ISP and ask why the site is loading slow. They might need to test the site to find out what is causing issues.

  I'm in North America, and sometimes when I try to create certain images, it takes a long time and then ends up saying it couldn't generate them.

  That's a pain. I am not a network expert but imagine there are tools you can use to trace the flow of traffic from your PC to the server and back again. Networking is complex and there are many possible points at which latency can be introduced. For me personally I am in Jhb, have a fibre service, have a wired connection to my router at home and don't have any performance issues.

  We're still in the US, and it's working fine here. But we'll be in Europe next month, so can check to see if performance degrades then?
