About this image

This vibrant comic-style digital artwork depicts a powerful otter-themed female superhero posed dynamically on a high-rise cyberpunk city rooftop, wearing a form-fitting tan armored suit marked with an otter logo and a futuristic helmet with glowing blue face plate. The background features blurred rainy neon city scenery, with bright purple and blue neon otter signage standing out against cool blue and warm orange glowing urban lighting. The action-focused, heroic illustration captures the character mid-movement, poised to spring into action as a futuristic animal-themed vigilante.
