She is, she kinda does (I mean he is a mutant kangaroo hybrid). But she is canonically bisexual and queer identifying with multiple gender fluid traits.

Thanks, I encourage you to check her out. There is a movie from 1995 that is highly amusing and it's all based on a British Comic Book series.
