This atmospheric, cinematic nighttime scene depicts two women in an upscale penthouse bedroom, with one seated on a silk-sheeted bed and the other standing across from her. Warm side lamp lighting contrasts with cool moonlight from the sprawling window, which frames a glowing full moon and the illuminated New York City skyline including the Empire State Building. The intimate, moody composition uses soft low lighting to emphasize the quiet, charged tone of the elegant high-rise setting.
