Grotesque emaciated cryptid with giant black eyes hunches

About this image

This moody dark horror illustration features a grotesque, gaunt forest cryptid hunched low between leafless birch trees in a fog-shrouded midnight woodland. The unsettling creature has oversized staring black eyes, bared sharp yellowed teeth, matted dirty fur, and long clawed limbs, rendered in cool muted blue-grey tones that amplify the eerie, menacing folk horror atmosphere. Wispy mist drifts across the leaf-strewn forest floor under a cloudy moonlit sky, creating a classic spooky supernatural scene ideal for dark fantasy and Halloween themed projects.

This haunting dark fantasy illustration features a menacing, emaciated wendigo cryptid standing in a fog-shrouded bare birch forest under a glowing pale full moon. The creature has large hollow black eyes, sharp jagged bared teeth, and gnarled twig-like limbs, rendered in muted ash gray, cool blue, and inky black tones to build an unsettling, spooky horror atmosphere. This stylized folk horror art draws on classic North American wendigo folklore for an eerie, unsettling monster scene ideal for Halloween and dark fantasy themes.

He's an artist known for his depictions of wendigos and SCP-1471, among other things.
