QT: Emergence (Pop out of something) - @EternaSky - https://budgetpixel.com/p/50304 --- Most frequent 'emerging' images are people stepping out of a mirror. And when thinking emerging, the famous scene of Ursula Andress as Honey Rhyder emerging from the sea in Dr No also comes to mind. So scratched my head for a few different ideas, though not super creative 1 - Grim Reaper emerges from mist 2 - Ghost emerges from a door to frighten Halloween trick-or-treaters 3 - A Rusalka, a Slavic water nymph, emerges from water

About this image
This detailed monochrome dark fantasy artwork features a regal, hooded skeletal Grim Reaper rendered in a realistic pencil sketch style. The figure wears richly decorated black robes embedded with metal amulets, chains, and intricate trim, while gripping a heavily ornate, bladed scythe. Swirling wispy fog curls around the reaper's base against a soft pale background, creating an ominous, haunting gothic atmosphere perfect for horror and Halloween themes.
This dark gothic horror illustration depicts two screaming, frightened children in skeleton and witch Halloween costumes fleeing a translucent, ghoulish wraith ghost reaching toward them from a rotting, peeling interior doorway. The mood is intensely tense and unsettling, rendered in rich painterly detail with muted shadowy tones of deep brown, ash gray, and black, ideal for spooky Halloween decor and dark fantasy artwork.
This haunting dark fantasy illustration depicts a mythical water nymph, or rusalka, rising from rippling dark swamp waters under a bright crescent moon. Cool teal and midnight blue color palettes, translucent liquid fabric, and misty atmospheric lighting create a melancholic, magical gothic fairytale mood, with gnarled willow trees lining the foggy shore. The spirit's glowing otherworldly eyes add an eerie, mystical tone perfect for folklore and supernatural fantasy themes.

They are all very cool. I love all the detail on death and the smoke.

These are great but let me try and get you inspired for a second series - think of the ghost coming out of the TV set in the movie "The Ring", or a mermaid swimming out of the washing machine. The more unexpected the emergence, the better.
Very nice, I especially like the Grim Reaper, have recently seen a lot of cool related imagery of him lately
