It is not easy. When i was using lower-quality AI Models, despite saying so in the prompt, my vampires did NOT have fangs at all. Now, with GPT 1.5 and 2, I have success - but NOT always. I do not know why. I put in the prompts 2 standard phrases: 1) "they (the vampire women) have vampire fangs" - and 2: "Their vampire fangs are visible". I say again, that the AI does not get the teeth right all the time. So, My answer is" The AI Model plays a great role. For example, SeaDream 4.0 & 4.5, make their fangs look horrific, as yours do, from what i understand. If you want to ask anything else, feel free.
