Um, the plot happens as it happens. It's your turn right now as it's the next chapter and you have the alarm. You said you didn't want to do the skykraken right now. If you want to introduce @TheBard this early, the alarm can be he appeared through a portal looking for the wizard or something. A person appearing out of nowhere might set off an alarm on a pirate ship (if they're worried about authorities? or other pirates). Or you can wait and we can meet him when we're dropped off somewhere and are looking for grimoires and things. It's up to you. It doesn't have to be a long chapter if you don't want to write much.

Thank you, Cayla! Isn't it a GREAT team-up? (After a conversation with TheBard, I realized that these perhaps may influence the diraction of your thinking about your plot. I feel uncomfortable about this. Please do not conider that this - and other images I have made with the SFFA cast are something that will ACTUALLY happen in the story)
