That looks delicious, my printer is whirring into action as I type. We regularly eat corn on the cob, usually just steamed, but this sounds like a great idea. I shall pass on to the chef --- I can cook, but my wife does almost all, me being at work and her being in charge of all things 'house and home' --- but lest you think I take advantage, lunch at our favourite local Italian place is booked for today
