**The Blacksmith** QT: Making a weapon https://budgetpixel.com/p/24276 --- Another 'two birds with one stone' creation. I had been mulling over this QT when @paulie opened 20 WORD CHALLENGE #53, a REVERSE TAUTOGRAM on NC. Here's the brief: *This round, you have 20 words to play with. No more & No less! Those 20 words must use 20 different first letters! In this game, there is no emoji, no prompt magic, just 20 different words all starting with a different letter!* I love the creative challenge presented and themed my entry to also serve as a my QT once the challenge was over (I keep challenge entries private until a challenge ends so as not to perhaps influence voters). Generated the image in NC with Nano Banana Pro, this prompt: *Luis Royo oil painting, Ébauche sfumato chiaroscuro, vivid jewel tones: blacksmith hammers Xanthic golden knife upon anvil in dark workshop*

About this image

A dramatic fantasy scene of a muscular blacksmith hammering a fiery blade at an anvil in a dim, smoke-filled dungeon. Golden light pours through a window, highlighting sparks and the intense atmosphere of medieval metalwork and weapon smithing.

I think I'll feature Davydos today in tomorrow in a new set. Thre's a new storyline developing, created by @TheBard

Thanks. Truthfully, you will see my secret in the blog I posted this morning. Not for the first time a new iea came to mind, and need to get back to Davydos. My chess trainer app development also competed for time

The colors in this one are wicked cool. Not pretending to be an expert, but the simplified, minimalist style looks very human-like to me, and this works in favor of the image quite a bit.

Sounds cool. I must make a point to seek it out. Made no Davydos progress this weekend, other than creating an image of the entrance to the farm where his mother lioved and father worked

Thanks, appreciate the thoughtful comment. I tend to prefer more painted arty styles to ultra photographic realism

Very good image. As usual, styles are beyond me🙂, but I appreciate the result!
