Fairy, dragon, and a man on a crystal-lit cavern shore with a cat

The cat rolls it's eyes, "Why is the human splashing in the water? Only an idiot plays with water." "He's been sniffing the crystals. The magic makes him high," rumbles the dragon. "Also has a side effect of a future vision or two which he sells to the highest bidder." The cat inches back to avoid getting wet. "Why am I here, Bradford? You know I don't do the bodyguard stuff. I reconnoiter folks' homes and tell them where it's easy to break-in. I'm strictly a security auditor. And you yourself don't usually serve as a bodyguard either." "HIs girlfriend, the fae, found me, said he had a vision about us, that we would be here tonight and save him and that she would pay us by building your invention." "Build my invention? But she's fae! They don't do metals." The cat studies the woman. The dragon smiled, "She's a quarter dwarf. She loves building with metal, making engines. Not iron, of course. Other metals, including your star metal" "She knows I found a meteorite? I only found it a few hours ago. A day after you signed the bodyguard contract with them. He's really good." The cat looks puzzled at the human giggling in the water. The dragon answers, "He's good." "So she'll make my invention? She can speak cat so I can explain it to her. I can't believe it after all this time." "No," said the dragon. "She doesn't speak cat. She speaks dragon." "That'll work!" purrs the cat. "Finally I'll get opposable thumbs!"

Thank you. That's hard to say. Lyrics showing in the image is definitely a copyright violation. Even if lyrics don't show, it might still be. If someone makes a unique prompt that is lyrical like a poem & says it's copyrighted, it's copyrighted cuz it's uniquely written by a human. Using it without permission of the prompt writer would be a copyright violation. But if song lyrics or prompt is AI written, in the USA for a USA citizen, the words are automatically public domain cuz the USA copyright office says something made by computer cannot be copyrighted. That's why many people don't share their prompts. It's also why people get upset if they share a prompt privately with a person & the person openly shares the prompt -- by the 2nd person openly sharing the prompt, the prompt becomes public domain. Anything in public domain can never be copyrighted later. In India, you can copyright AI stuff but copyright is shared between you & AI maker. Other countries have different copyright laws

Amazing work love this a lot. I have a quick ? creating ai images with lyrics from a song is that a copyright issue? I googled and it said it is, only if in a public domain then it isn't. The reason for asking is @sealine is doing a QT on this. I told her it was going by what I googled.

Work, work! All you think is about more work! It's too bad we can't do blog duets so we can post 2 or more people's images on the same blog to create a story.
