Yeah, TV is not getting the ad money that they used to so it affects how much they can pay for a show. Ad money is being split up with all the cable & web TV companies now. Still others are making good shows, so traditional TV companies need to step it up a bit. I no longer watch TV. If I watch anything, I pull out an old DVD.

No. I drove by there when I was traveling in that area a few years ago. I didn't visit tho as it was getting late and we wanted to get to New Mexico before we stopped for the night.

It's from 1989, I watched it as a kid, it was very famous in Spain, like The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, with Will Smith, and look at him now... you were already teaching back then?

I can't believe you don't know Urkel, it was a TV show and the family were the Winslows. Urkel was the neighbor who stole the show, look at him in the GIF hahaha

actually 1989 is when I came back from Japan. I had to find a job and get an apartment and stuff. I didn't have a TV for the longest time. I got a laptop before I got a TV, lol.

very cool! Wow! 1908. There's a crater in Arizona, USA, near Winslow but it was made long before that. It's on privately owned land but they let people see it.

Man, I LOVE that story, all kinds of scenarios about what it could have been. Would have voted for it in any matchup, but it only came up once

  • @CaylaCatz ·

laughing. I think I've seen him but I don't think I ever watched that show. I was probably in Japan teaching English when it came out

  • @legion ·

Back then you could still watch something decent on TV, nowadays it's just rubbish...

Thank you anyway, I knew you'd like it.😉
