  SW USA. Riverbeds can look like that. A lot of times they look sandier tho. Front yards can look like that, lol. I think we have a few lakes... somewhere. Maybe.

  lol, I meant that cracked baked earth. Although some people do have a big backyard. Front yards tend to be small.
