It pushes off the health problems the younger you start taking care of yourself. For example, I never wore sunglasses much. I just recently had to get cataract surgery and it turns out if I'd been wearing sunglasses outside, i might not have needed the cataract surgery for a another decade or so. But I didn't know that. Take care of yourself. You won't regret it.

lol, I thought it was a red bell pepper. I've been having to eat healthier later to bring my sugar numbers down and red peppers are cool because they taste a little sweet

Actually, it does kind of look like a red bell pepper haha. And yeah, I've also had to eat healthier lately. (I'm Gen X, and the metabolism is definitely slowing down... 😬)

Yes, Hermione will likely reach an older age than us. But that doesn't mean we can't also eat and live healthy for however many years we have left!

That's hilarious hwo she's giving them healthy food and they're thinking about candy, except for Hermione over there. She likes veggies.
