Prompt ( gpt 1.5 low ): Vibrant anime cel-shaded illustration fused with steampunk mechanical detailing and luminous fantasy paintwork, combining dragon pop whimsy with brass filigree precision and sapphire crystal radiance. Saturated cobalt blue and punchy sunflower yellow palette with iridescent scale textures, glowing gear-set gem accents, visible rivets, volumetric steam, and sparkling light diffusion creating a grand retrofuturist dragon pop imperial fantasy brimming with joyful opulence. A majestic eastern dragon with iridescent cobalt blue scales, bright sunflower yellow underbelly, brass gear medallions riveted along its spine, sapphire crystal frilled horns, and glowing steampunk goggle lenses over wide expressive eyes, mouth open in a triumphant joyful roar, coiling protectively as a crowned blonde princess in a layered cobalt and sunflower yellow steampunk corset ballgown holds a glowing crystal scepter aloft, both figures sharing equal foreground presence with radiant confident energy. Scene set among soaring steampunk gothic cathedral spires during a luminous golden celebration, rose windows blazing sapphire light, brass lampposts and copper pipe organs lining cloud-swept plazas, two or three ornate zeppelins drifting through warm amber skies above, cobblestone streets swirling with blue and yellow confetti, crystal shards and brass gear-shaped sparks cascading around the dragon and its sovereign.
