Vintage Horror Comic Spider PNG — Transparent Background, Free Download

Giant hairy comic book spider hanging from a single thread, with glowing yellow eyes and bent legs

About this PNG

This retro 1950s horror comic illustration features a centered hairy spider rendered with bold ink outlines and halftone shading. It is perfectly suited for Halloween holiday designs, spooky graphic assets and vintage horror themed projects.

Prompt: “Vintage 1950s horror comic book illustration of a giant hairy black spider with eight long bent legs and a cluster of small glowing yellow eyes, seen from the front, hanging from a single thread. Bold black ink outlines, flat limited colours (pumpkin orange, cream, purple, acid green and black), coarse halftone dot shading, the look of old four-colour printing. One single subject, whole and centred with empty space all around it, on a plain flat mid-grey background, evenly lit, with no gradient and no shadow on the background. No text, no letters, no numbers, no logos, no watermark, no frame, no border, no extra objects” — AI-generated, its background removed, and reviewed for quality before listing.

Editor's note (9.0/10): The illustration closely matches the brief, with only minor expected deviations from the exact specified limited palette that do not impact usability.
